Stella Kim Falkner

Stella is a Brooklyn-based designer, entrepreneur, investor, and product leader. She founded Dowa Health and Mixlab, where she led Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Experience from early concept through national expansion. Stella is known for creating joyful customer experiences, turning ideas into scalable products, and mentoring builders into confident, cross-functional strategic leaders.

She was named one of the Top 25 Women Leaders in Consumer HealthTech (2021) and one of the Top 9 Female Leaders of the New York Tech Scene (2020). Outside of work, she enjoys writing, creating new applications with AI, and fly fishing.

Stella holds a Master’s degree from NYU’s Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP) and a Bachelor’s degree with Honours from Chelsea College of Arts at the University of the Arts London. She is also certified as a Mental Health Peer Specialist (CPS), Postpartum Doula (CPD), and Lactation Educator (CLE), and applies this expertise to help moms reenter the workforce and build sustainable, healthier work–life balance.
